The benefit of traveling so much is getting to see family. I always see some fam in Oklahoma, but it’s an extra blessing when I get to pass through Nashville. My parents and sister’s family lives there, and whenever possible, I try to pass through to spend some time. We had some great weather to play with the little niece and nephews. And I even got to sit on the porch watching a thunderstorm roll through.
It’s hard living away from family, but these moments are extra special as we make memories. I’m so grateful for the support they give Katy and I as we follow God’s leading for our lives. We couldn’t do it without their encouragement and prayers.
