The pace of summer is a little different here in Ireland. Schools are out, many churches slow down their regular programmes, and people head off on holiday. Usually they just fly somewhere like Spain or Portugal for weather they can count on.
While some things become quieter, ministry doesn't stop.
We are heading to the United States for several weeks to reconnect with family, visit churches, and spend time with many of the people who have faithfully prayed for and supported us over the years. These trips are always encouraging, reminding us that Zoe Community is possible because of a team of people standing with us.
Back in Ireland, our volunteers will continue responding to women who reach out through our Live Chat and other services. Even during the quieter months, women still face unexpected pregnancies, difficult decisions, and moments when they simply need someone to listen. Those moments don't take a holiday.
The summer also gives us valuable space to prepare for what's ahead. We're planning for a busy autumn with volunteer training, church partnerships, our Unshamed Conference, fundraising, and the many opportunities we believe God is opening for Zoe in the months ahead.
Would you pray for us this week? Pray for safe travel, meaningful conversations while we're in the U.S., wisdom for our team in Ireland, and that every woman who reaches out to Zoe would experience compassion, hope, and practical support.
Thank you for continuing to walk this journey with us. We couldn't do it without you!
